Y ielded response to gain satisfaction… — Every identity is seeking to be satisfied. Even someone battling anxiety can be satisfied by what they don’t do. This isn’t always healthy, just a possibility. When we find too much satisfaction in things other than Jesus we may have identfied an idol in our life, leading us away from worship of Jesus and into something else. Satisfaction is meant to be found in Jesus and him alone!
